Delivery Policy

Delivery options

• GrazeMarket delivery: available for sellers with a confirmed farm location. The price depends on distance, total weight and the vehicle needed.
• Seller delivery: some sellers deliver with their own vehicles at the rate shown at checkout.
• Farm pickup: collect directly from the seller’s farm or store at no delivery charge.
• Urgent delivery: where offered, faster delivery is available for an additional charge shown at checkout.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout. Times are estimates and may change because of weather, road conditions, public holidays or large orders. You will be notified as your order moves from accepted to dispatched to delivered.

On delivery

• Please make sure someone is available at the delivery location and there is safe access for the vehicle.
• Check the quantity and condition before the driver leaves, and confirm receipt from your order page.
• If anything is wrong, report it within 48 hours — see Cancellations & Refunds.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery can’t be completed because nobody was available or the location was inaccessible, the seller may charge for a second delivery attempt.
